Dem-NPL Legislative Leaders to hold Press Conferences on Special Session, American Rescue Plan Spending
Bismarck, ND – On Tuesday, September 21, Dem-NPL legislative leaders will hold press conferences in Bismarck and Fargo to lay out a bold vision for key investments into North Dakota, using the over $1B the state received through the American Rescue Plan. Fargo Press Conference:
