(BISMARCK, ND) – Kevin Cramer’s one campaign pledge is that he’ll support the president 100 percent of the time. But now that the president’s trade war is wreaking havoc on North Dakota’s economy, he’s trying to paper over his record of support, claiming he’s never been with the president 100 percent of the time and, in fact, that he doesn’t keep score of how often he voted with presidents. That’s false.
