Robert is a Burlington, ND native who holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of North Dakota and a Juris Doctor from the UND School of Law. He has been actively involved in state politics and policy throughout his career, having worked on a number of legislative, statewide, and national campaigns, and serving in both state and federal government capacities. If he's not in the office or driving around the state to meet North Dakotans of all stripes, you can find him on the beautiful park district trails in Bismarck or Fargo, drinking coffee, traveling, and, for some reason, waking up at a ridiculous hour on weekends to watch the English Premier League.
Having grown up in southwestern Minnesota, Alison is no stranger to the charms of the Midwest. College brought her to the great state of North Dakota, where she studied Public Policy at the University of Mary. During her studies, she interned for the Dem-NPL and Senator Heitkamp. For over a year now, Alison has greatly enjoyed working as the Operations Manager for the Dem-NPL. When she isn’t making sure the office runs smoothly, Alison can be found relaxing at home reading Harry Potter, painting, or listening to her favorite records.
